CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?

We do not issue refunds. You may return unworn items for merchandise credit within 7 days of receipt (based on USPS timestamp date received). We will not accept returns or exchanges of any kind on custom pieces. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs. Please email support@allisonaveryco.com with your order number. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item please contact support@allisonaveryco.com within 24 hours of receiving the package to resolve the problem. Please include your order number and a picture of the damaged item.

CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE AN ORDER?

We hold all orders for 24 hours before processing. If you need to make a change, please call our office or email support@allisonaveryco.com.

CAN I EXCHANGE MY CHAIN FOR A DIFFERENT LENGTH?

Yes! Please email support@allisonaveryco.com. Additional cost may apply.

DOES ALLISON AVERY JEWELRY COME WITH A WARRANTY?

Yes! We stand behind our pieces and have a lifetime guarantee (Excluding Theft or Loss). We will repair or replace your damaged piece at no cost. Please email us at support@allisonaveryco.com.
