Your purchase includes a Lifetime Guarantee against defects that may cause damage to your jewelry. We are committed to providing you with elegant and durable pieces that will stand the test of time. Our Lifetime Guarantee ensures that your jewelry will be free from any manufacturing defects.

What's Not Covered

While our Lifetime Guarantee offers extensive coverage, there are certain situations that are not covered. The following are not covered under our warranty:

  • Theft: Unfortunately, we cannot cover any loss or theft of your jewelry. We recommend taking appropriate measures to protect your valuable pieces.
  • Disappearance: If your jewelry goes missing, we are unable to provide coverage. We advise keeping your jewelry in a safe and secure location.
  • Loss: If you misplace your jewelry, our warranty does not cover the cost of replacement.
  • Damage other than normal wear: Our warranty does not cover damage that occurs due to accidents, misuse, or improper care. We recommend following our care instructions to ensure the longevity of your jewelry.

Returns and Exchanges

We do not issue refunds, but we offer merchandise credit for unworn items returned within 7 days of receipt (based upon USPS time stamp). To initiate a return, please email support@allisonaveryco.com with your order number. Please note that returns are only accepted for items that are unworn and in their original condition.

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returns. When returning an item, please ensure that it is securely packaged to prevent any damage during transit. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure that your return reaches us safely. 

Customized pieces are not eligible for returns or exchanges. These items are specially made to order and cannot be returned or exchanged.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact support@allisonaveryco.com within 24 hours of receiving the package. In your email, please include your order number and a picture of the damaged item. We will work with you to resolve the issue and provide a replacement if necessary.

Orders placed M-F (excluding holidays) with Ground Shipping will be processed by the next business day. Orders placed Saturday-Sunday will be processed the following Monday.

If you choose FedEx 2-Day shipping option, we are not liable for any shipping delays incurred by the third-party courier. A refund will not be issued due to delays out of our control.

Avoid Water Exposure: It is essential to refrain from getting your jewelry wet in the shower, pool, or hot tub. Water, especially chlorinated or saltwater, can accelerate the tarnishing process. Additionally, moisture can cause the metal to oxidize, leading to discoloration.

Be Mindful of Your Skin's pH Levels: The pH levels in your skin can affect your jewelry pieces. Sulfur and amino acids found in perspiration can cause discolorations in jewelry. If your sweat has a highly acidic characteristic, chances are, the fabulous pieces you're wearing will either change in color or fade when you perspire.

Avoid Contact with Chemicals: Certain chemicals found in hair products, cosmetics, and perfumes may also cause your jewelry to tarnish. It is best to apply these products before putting on your jewelry. This will minimize the exposure of your pieces to potentially harmful substances and help them retain their luster.

Store Your Jewelry Properly: When you're not wearing your jewelry, make sure to store it in a clean, dry place. Avoid leaving it exposed to air and moisture, as this can accelerate tarnishing. Consider using anti-tarnish pouches or jewelry boxes with tarnish-resistant lining to provide an extra layer of protection.

Keep Your Jewelry Clean: Regular cleaning is essential to prevent tarnishing. Use a soft cloth or a jewelry cleaning solution specifically designed for your type of jewelry to remove any dirt, oils, or residue that may accumulate over time. Avoid using abrasive materials or harsh chemicals, as they can damage the surface of your jewelry.
